It should be no secret by now that i'm big fans of GTM partners and the folks that wrote the book MOVE. I recently wrote about ABM and how that can start aligning your teams for GTM motions. While Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is one powerful approach, the book also offers a comprehensive framework for team alignment.

I like to think of this like a basketball team: you need a PG to bring the ball up and pick a play, you need a SG to run the wing, SF to run the other wing, PF to run the block, C to run the other block.
